There was a dependency resolution error in our Infrastructure-as-Code implementation that resulted in temporarily TLS negotiations in some requests. All these errors are now resolved and the site is back to normal.

The load balancer in front of our web servers is being migrated, resulting in brief downtime. We will report back once the migration is ready.
