Certificate renewed and all affected services are back to normal operations.

We were notified of the outage and identified the root cause: our shared ALB certificate expired and couldn't be automatically renewed. We are working on the related fix and will report back in 30 minutes.

Our Navigator API and website are unreachable for most customers as per our automated monitoring system.
